National Presbyters’ Conference Donates towards Moderator’s Health Upkeep
The National Presbyters’ Conference of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana has donated two thousand Ghana Cedis (GH₵2,000) to support the health care of the Moderator of the General Assembly Right Rev Prof. Cephas Narh Omenyo.
The donation was made to the Church when some National Executive Members of the National Presbyters’ Conference of the PCG called on the June 2018 General Assembly Council meeting at the Presbyterian Women’s Centre, Abokobi on Thursday.
Making the donation, the President of the Conference, Mr. Thomas Bosu-Adekpo mentioned that it has been their desire to partner the church in several areas of its operations. One of such areas is to help pay the medical bill of the Moderator of the General Assembly of the PCG.
Receiving the donation on behalf of the Church, the Clerk of the General Assembly of the PCG, Rev Dr. Samuel Ayete-Nyampong thanked the Conference for the initiative and generosity. He also applauded their interest in promoting Campus Ministry.

The June 2018 GAC meeting started on Monday June 4th with a workshop on the development of a new long-term strategic plan for the PCG. It was attended by GAC members, Directors and Officers from the Head Office.
The facilitator was Mr Kwasi Opoku, a Development Planner and the President of the Association of Planners. He is also a Presbyter at the Hope Congregation of the PCG at Sakumonor in the Ga Presbytery.
The June 2018 GAC meeting will end on Friday 8th June 2018.
